Request a refund
Email fguby1995@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and the reason for your request. We offer a full refund of the Pro purchase price for requests received within this period, including if the tool does not work for your needs. Mandatory local rights may provide additional remedies or longer periods.
Duplicate charges or failed delivery
Contact us if you were charged twice, cannot restore a valid purchase, or paid but never received access. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate refund or restoration. Do not send card numbers or your private recovery code by public message.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider to the original payment method where supported. Provider and bank processing times vary. After a refund is confirmed, that purchase no longer unlocks exports. This is a one-time purchase; there is no subscription to cancel. No real purchase is possible before checkout opens.
